We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

• Standard Delivery: Most orders are expected to be delivered within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Confirmation: Upon purchase or account creation, a delivery and access confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Delivery Address & Logistics

• Accuracy: All orders will be delivered strictly to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure all details (including Pincode and Contact Number) are accurate to avoid delays.
• Service Areas: We currently provide shipping services across India.

3. Shipping Charges

• Fees: Any shipping or handling charges imposed at the time of checkout are determined by the seller or the Platform Owner.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns or partial cancellations.

• Delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
• Delays resulting from third-party logistics providers or unforeseen “Force Majeure” events (e.g., weather, strikes).
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
