We offer a 5-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unsealed, and in the same condition as received.
- Original Packaging: The product must remain in its original Adipta Oils packaging.
- Eligibility: Only products purchased directly from our Platform are eligible for returns under this policy.
2. Damages and Defective Items
We take great care in our packaging, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please act quickly:
- Notification: You must report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
- Timeline: Replacement products are typically dispatched and delivered within 7 days.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, the refund is processed automatically.
- Credit: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
